Transaction Deadline Passes
The official transaction deadline passed last night and the Tampa Bay Seminoles made no moves. There were talks with several teams as the deadline approached but in the end the Seminoles appear content to play out the season with the team as it is. Most of the trade activity appeared to be centered around Steven Hollandsworth in AAA who the Seminoles value highly. Though several tempting offers came in, the front office in the end decided that the return wasn't worth giving up Hollandsworth who is the best pitcher in the Seminoles farm system.
